I made this last night in the midst of a crazy cooking fit (I also roasted some cherry tomatoes and made potstickers, a rather time consuming activity), knowing I would eat it for lunch today. I did taste it last night but it is so amazing the next day! I didn't even miss the flatbread. You really do have such a knack for picking great recipes. Oh my GOODNESS.
