So simple, so easy, yet so elegant. My roommate came in and was thoroughly impressed - I felt like I fooled her into thinking I made something much more complex than it was. I'll definitely be making it again and trying the cheese, lemon and mint additions (probably not all together, ha). Fantastic, thanks! I tried this for the first time last night and it was wonderful!
