SO GOOD! This was by far the most successful waffle recipe I've ever made. So light and crispy, a far cry from the heavy, dense monstrosities that usually came out of my waffle iron. Mine didn't turn out crispy on the outside though. I used whole wheat flour though, maybe that was the problem. I'll try adding a little bit of baking powder next time.
