		<description>I had a hankering for some hot chocolate the other night and had found this recipe a few days before.  I warn you though, it&#039;s not for the faint of heart.  There is a reason it says to serve in demitasse cups.  I didn&#039;t know you could get a hangover from chocolate.

If you use a high cocoa percentage chocolate (I used Valhrona 71%), it might behoove one to add a little more sugar too.  Also I used 2% milk and it seemed to work just fine.</description>
