I have a bunch of peeled garlic cloves…is it possible to still use them for this recipe?!? I’d hate for them to go to waste… :(

I have been searching for a garlic soup that is able to warm myself in the dead of winter and am ecstatic to try this recipe. I am about 20 cloves short but will be at the market in the morning to make this! Thank you times a million and I’d have to agree that if we ate more garlic we would be living happily ever after.

Just made this today. I didn’t want to dirty the blender so I transferred the whole garlic pieces into a bowl, mashed them up with a potato masher, and added them back to the soup. It’s a chunkier version, but still delicious! Thanks for the recipe =)
