They were soo good! and possibly the easiest cookies I have ever made.They really made the ice cream sandwich. The leftover cookies are great on their own too. I think of them as fail-proof hits. I have to say, though, that I've made the molasses cookies twice and altho they are delicious, sadly they do not look at all like yours!
